ABOUT blended bar
Blended Bar offers a one-of-a-kind martial arts meets fitness experience. We pride ourselves on working with experienced trainers from many facets of the mixed martial arts industry. Train in our specialized Brazilian Ju Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts classes for Kids, Men and Women with trainers that uphold integrity and history of the sport. We are more than just fitness, we are a community. Our focus is on integrity, encouragement, and inclusivity. Everyone (age, gender, orientation, race, health status, beliefs, physical abilities) is welcome. Founded in 2021 we have one gym in Maple Ridge, BC with plans to open more across the lower mainland.
